摘　　要：国际贸易毕业生"就业难"与国贸企业"招工荒"并存,建立健全的国际贸易应用型人才实践能力培养体系是解决这一矛盾的必由之路。各高校的国际贸易专业虽然都开展了一些实训,但总体上来说,还是重理论而轻实践,重技能而轻综合素质。为了培养学生信息收集与分析及决策能力、沟通能力、项目管理与执行能力、实践操作能力、良好的职业素养及心理承受能力,应该构建包含信息收集、分析与决策、商务沟通、运营管理、国际贸易实务操作、国际金融与结算、国际商务电子化及国际商事争端解决等七大模块的国际贸易应用型人才实践能力培养体系。On the one hand, the graduates of International trade can＇t find the proper job. On the other hand, the enterprises of international trade can＇t recruit the proper staff. Establish practical ability training system for application-oriented international trade talents is the only way to solve this contradiction. Although the international trade majors have carried out some training, but in general, it is still not enough and just focus on skills but not comprehensive quality. In order to cultivate students＇ information collection, analysis and decision-making ability,project management and implementation ability, practical operation ability, good professional ethics and psychological endurance, this paper constructs the training system for application-oriented international trade talents including seven modules,such as information collection, analysis and decision-making, business communication, business management, international trade practice, international business electronic and international commercial disputes settlement.
