摘　　要：模拟审判教学是高校培养法学专业学生职业技能和法律素养的有效手段,以计算机模拟审判教学方式作切入点,探讨并改进当前传统模拟审判教学中存在的不足,对于深化法学实践教学改革,提高实践教学效果有着重要作用。Simulation trial teaching is the effective measure to develop law students＇ legal literacy and occupation skill,based on the computer simulation trial teaching method as the entry angle.To explore and improve the current deficiencies in the teaching of traditional simulation trial is play an important role in deepening the reform of the practice teaching of law and improving the teaching effect.
