摘　　要：依据《国务院关于大力推进大众创业万众创新若干政策措施的意见》有关精神,对比国内外大学生创新创业教育成果,分析大学生创新创业环境、意愿、素质、能力及教育现状,探讨大学生创新创业相关问题,提出高校加强大学生创新创业教育的策略。According to Opinions of The State Council on Several Policies And Measures For Vigorously Advancing The Popular Entrepreneurship And Innovation, this thesis compares the education achievement of Chinese college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship with the one abroad, analyses the influence of environment, aspiration,quality and capability on innovation and entrepreneurship of college student, indentifies the relative problems, and discusses the countermeasure to strength the education of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship.
