摘 要:在矿化度为8 000 mg/L的盐水条件下,考察了3种新型驱油聚合物在河南某油田的耐温及抗盐性能。通过对3种新型驱油聚合物溶液静态流变性能和动态流变性能的表征,研究了驱油聚合物溶液通过多孔介质后的性能变化。实验结果表明,聚合物P2(北京化工研究院研制)的耐温抗盐性能最好,聚合物P3(胜利聚合物公司)的耐剪切性更好;3种聚合物的聚驱及后续水驱提高采收率由大到小的顺序为:P2>P4>P3(聚合物P4:法国SNF公司)。这主要是因为聚合物P2溶液的黏度较高,在较低剪切频率下表现出良好的弹性性能,有助于采收率的提高。The temperature-resistance and salt-tolerance of three new polymers for tertiary oil recovery were investigated under the degree of mineralizing of simulated salt water of 8 000 mg/L. The static rheological properties and dynamic rheological properties of the three polymer solutions were characterized. Their performance changes flowing through rock cores were measured. Polymer P2 displayed good temperature-resistance and salt-tolerance,and polymer P3 had good shearing-resistance. Their sequence for enhanced oil recovery is P2〉P4〉P3 based on the displacement experiments,which is because of the high viscosity and the good elastic property under low shear rate of the polymer P2 solution.
