摘  要:采用高压反应釜和高压循环管路对开发的水合物防聚剂进行实验室评价,对实验室评价效果较好的防聚剂进一步进行了现场测试和工业应用试验。实验结果表明,在含水率达30%(w)时,2.0%(w)防聚剂可有效防止水合物聚结;在高压循环管路中加入防聚剂后,体系未出现流量突降至很小值甚至为零的现象,关闭环路进行重新启动,水合物浆液体系仍能以原来的流量流动,未出现堵塞或沉淀的现象;现场测试直至试验结束,压差曲线未出现大幅的波动。工业应用试验表明,防聚剂在一定条件下可有效抑制水合物的聚结,但存在作用效果不稳定的问题,需更深入的分析影响其作用效果的因素,并开展和其他药剂的配伍性研究。The performance of a developed anti-agglomerating agent was evaluated in a laboratory with high pressure reactor and high pressure loop line,and then its field test in a offshore gas field and industrial application were carried out. The experimental results in the high pressure reactor showed that,the viscosity of fluid was small when water content was 30%(w),so the anti-agglomerating agent with 2.0%(w) concentration could effectively prevent the agglomeration of hydrate particles. The results of the loop line experiment showed that,the flow rate did not change sharply after the injection of the anti-agglomerating agent,and the flow rate still kept stable after restarting. The experimental results in the offshore gas field indicated that,the pressure difference of the system did not fluctuate sharply by the end of the test. The industrial application results showed that the anti-agglomerating agent could prevent the blockage of gas pipeline due to the agglomeration of the hydrate particles, but the effect was unstable. The effects of the factor need to be more in-depth analyzed,and the compatibility with other agents need to be carried out.
