摘 要:就油脂类、醛类及鞣制助剂类3类材料对锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂少铬鞣工艺的影响进行了探究。比较不同预处理方案对坯革收缩温度、鞣剂渗透和吸收情况、鞣制废液COD值及鞣后坯革纤维编织状态的影响。结果表明:阳离子油能促进鞣剂的渗透和吸收,且不会显著增加废液COD值,但对坯革收缩温度影响不大。改性戊二醛能提高坯革收缩温度,提高胶原纤维聚集程度,但会增加鞣制废液COD值。阳离子油和改性戊二醛较适用于少铬鞣工艺。The effects of pretreatment with oils, aldehydes and tanning auxiliary agents on chrome - less tanning with Zr - A1 - Ti complex tanning agent was investigated. The index of the shrinkage temperature of crust, the penetration and absorption of tan- ning agent, the COD values of tanning effluent and the fibrillar weaving state of crust was used to evaluate the above preprocessing scheme simultaneously. The results show that the cationic fatliquor not only could promote the penetration and absorption of tanning agent, but also have few effects on the COD value of tanning effluent. Nevertheless, it is ineffective in improving the shrinkage tem- perature of crust. Meanwhile, modified glutaraldehyde could improve the shrinkage temperature of crust and the aggregation of crust fiber, but increase obviously the COD value of tanning effluent. In conclusion, cationic fatliquor and modified glutaraldehyde are suitable for pretreatments in the chrome - less tanning process.
