摘 要:柳枝稷(Panicumvirgatum)属禾本科(Gramineae)黍属(Panicum)是多年生C4草本植物。该植物原产于北美,环境适应性极强,具有耐旱、耐盐碱、耐贫瘠等特点。它不仅是国际上公认的作为生物燃料的能源作物,还是一种优质牧草。In 2014, switchgrass leaf spot was found on switchgrass in Shandong, China. In order to clear switchgrass leaf spot pathogen and it's taxonomic status, the pathogen was identified by morphology and molecular biology identification. According to the characteristics of conidia, conidiophores and conidia germination, it was identified as Bipolaris sorokiniana. Conidia were mostly straight, oblong, ovate, and olive-brown with 3 to 9 septa, it's two ends germinate, the dimensions were (13.5-25.5)μm× (21-78.5)μm. Conidiophores were single, sympodial, straight or geniculate, gray to brown, multiseptate, with 2 to 8 septa, Conidiophores were (45-112)μm× (6-8) μm. Sequence analysis of the rDNA-ITS region showed that the identity had 100% homology with Bipolaris sorokiniana in GenBank. The first report of leaf spot caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana on switchgrass in China.
