摘 要:近些年快速城镇化导致我国很多城市旱内涝频发,与"速排"相反,一些国内学者提出城市雨水资源化。随着"海绵城市"的推行,城市雨洪基础设施规划尤显重要,但目前我国相关研究仍较缺乏。从城市规划层面探讨了雨洪基础设施空间布局的规划方法途径,首先综合分析城市水文、地形、土地利用现状及其他专项规划,把控多层次"灰色"与"绿色"雨水基础设施的耦合关系:其次依据不同层次需求归纳"雨水促渗截留型"、"雨水调蓄;争化型"、"综合功能型"三大类绿色雨水基础设施的应用途径,以期为海绵城市建设提供参考。Due to the frequent droughts and floods phenomenon caused by the rapid urbanization area, some domestic scholars put forward the concept of urban rainwater resources. With the introduction of the "sponge city", the city rain and flood infrastructure planning have become more important. However, we still lack the relevant research on the level of urban planning. In order to provide a reference for the construction of"sponge city", this paper discusses the planning methods of urban stormwater management system from the perspective of urban planning. Firstly, through the comprehensive analysis of the 4 aspects (Hydrology, Topography, Land use, and other special planning), this paper sorts out the coupling relationship between "grey" and "green" stormwater infrastructure. Secondly, according to the needs of dilTerent levels, this paper also summarized the application approaches of three types of green stormwater infrastructures ("rainfall infiltration type", "rainwater purification type", "comprehensive function type").
