From the Natural Elements to the Symbiotic Network:Special Urban Design Exploration for the Waterfront Space in Wuxi Taihu New Town

摘　　要：基于当前新城建设中水岸空间功能单一、活力缺乏等问题的反思,从城市设计的视角,提出构建"共生网络"的思路,促进水城空间融合和水岸空间活化。通过对水岸空间类型及其与城市的关系进行梳理分析,提出宏观、中观、微观三个层面水城共生的要素与建构策略。结合无锡市太湖新城水岸空间专项城市设计项目实践,从"面的构建"、"线的策划"、"点的营造"三个角度进行实证研究,同时强调需要形成分级分类、具有操作性的水岸空间设计导则,指导水岸空间建设。Based on the reflection on the problems of single function, lack of vitality for the waterfront space in current new town construction, the author puts forward the idea of constructing ＂symbiotic network＂ to promote the integration and activation of waterfront space in the city from the perspective of urban design. Through the analysis for waterfront space types and its relationship with the city, we sort out the analysis of macro, meso and micro three levels of symbiotic elements and design strategy. Combined with the project for the design of waterfront space in Wuxi Taihu New Town, we conduct an empirical study from ＂the surface-building＂ and ＂line-planning＂ and ＂place-creating＂, and emphasize the need to form design hierarchical and operational guidelines, for which will guide the construction of waterfront space.
