摘 要:冰水堆积体物质成分变异性大,空间结构较为复杂,导致常规支护施工方法成孔、注浆困难。结合地质条件分析和现场试验,研究了锚筋桩跟管钻进和边注浆边拔管施工工艺,并研制采用花管自进式锚杆代替普通锚杆,解决冰水堆积体边坡支护施工难题。通过跟管锚筋桩及自进式锚杆注浆试验确定锚筋桩注浆配合比为1∶1.2∶0.5,自进式锚杆注浆水灰比为0.5∶1,物探检测注浆长度及饱和度均满足要求,安全监测成果表明支护后边坡稳定。研究成果在梨园水电站进水口边坡支护施工中应用效果良好,可为类似冰水堆积体边坡施工提供参考。Owing to the large variability of material composition of outwash accumulation and relatively complex space structure, drilling and grouting is difficult by general support method. Combining the analysis of geological conditions and field test, the con- struction technology that anchor-stake drill with pipe and grouting while pulling the tube are studied, and the general anchor is re- placed by self-drilling perforated anchor. The grouting ratio of anchor-stake according to the grouting test is 1 : 1.2 : 0. 5, and the water cement ratio of self-drilling perforated anchor is 0. 5 : 1, the length and saturation of grouting by geophysics exploration are reasonable. Besides, the results of safety monitoring show that the slope after support is stable. The research results apply well in the slope support of outwash accumulation in the intake of Liyuan Hydropower Station and it can provide reference for the slope con- struction of similar outwash accumulation.
