摘 要:水工金属结构与水电站集控室一般相距较远,要实现水工金属结构应力实时在线监测,应力信号必须进行远程传输,应力算法因应力信号传输距离的远近而有一定的差别。基于1/4桥三线制电路,提出了应力信号远程传输时的改进算法并分析了其与应力信号近距离传输相比较的计算误差。在云南大盈江二级水电站试验表明,应力信号远程传输时,采用本文的改进算法计算结果准确,检测精度更高。Hydraulic metal structure is generally far away from central control room of hydraulic station. Stress signal need long-distance transmission to realize stress real-time online monitoring of hydraulic metal structure. Stress algorithm is different according to the stress signal transmission distance. In this paper, an improved stress algorithm of stress signal remote transmission based on quarter-bridge three-wire circuit is proposed, and its calculation error is compared with stress signal of short distance communication is analyzed. Test in Yunnan Dayingjiang Secondary Hydropower Station shows that using the improved algorithm of stress signal re- mote transmission has higher measurement accuracy and the calculations are reliable.
