摘　　要：工商登记制度改革,推进工商注册制度便利化,是我国加快政府职能转变、创新政府监管方式的一项重大举措,对优化我国的营商环境、激发市场主体活力、保障创新创业具有重要的意义。分析了福建省工商登记制度改革的必要性和具体内容,重点论述了其对福建省大学生创业的积极影响即激发了我省大学生创业的热情,以创业带动就业,积极促进大学生创业的健康发展。Industrial and commercial registration system reform to promote the facilitation of business registration system is an important measure to speed up the transformation of government functions and innovating the mode of government supervision in China, which has an important significance for the optimization of China＇s business environment, stimulating vitality of the market main body and protecting the innovation and entrepreneurship. The paper made an analysis of the reform necessity and specific contents of the industrial and commercial registration system in Fujian Province, with emphasis on its positive influence on college students＇ starting businesses, that is to say, stimulating the enthusiasm of college students. Entrepreneurship promotes employment, and actively promotes the healthy development of college students＇ business start-ups.
