基于利益相关者视角下的高校图书馆管理策略研究

摘　　要：通过引入企业管理中利益相关者理论,阐述了它对提高图书馆管理的价值。根据高校图书馆利益相关者组成分类,分析了他们之间的关系与利益诉求,提出了明确责任、完善机制、建立合作伙伴关系和合作原则四个方面的高校图书馆管理策略,为今后加强高校图书馆管理工作提供了参考借鉴。Through introduction of the stakeholder theory in enterprise management, the paper expounds the value to improve library management. According to classification of college library stakeholders, the relations and interests between them are analyzed, and four management strategies are proposed in agreeing upon responsibilities,perfecting the mechanism, establishing partnership and cooperation principles in order to provide the reference for college libraries strengthening future management.
