一次采收对烤烟上部叶成熟度及烟碱和去甲基烟碱含量的影响

摘　　要：研究了一次采收对烤烟上部叶成熟度及烟碱、去甲基烟碱含量的影响。结果表明，一次采收可以提高上部烟叶的田间成熟度，与对照相比，上部6片烟叶一次采收有助于提高顶1—3片烟叶的烟碱含量，而使顶4—6片烟叶的烟碱含量降低。一次采收使上部烟叶去甲基烟碱含量明显降低，降幅达44．00％-67．21％。顶4～6片烟叶去甲基烟碱含量的降幅大于顶1—3片烟叶，并使上部烟叶烟碱转化率明显降低。Effects of picking six upper leaves at the same time on maturity, nicotine and nomicotine of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed as follows： Compared with CK, the treatment （picking six upper leaves at the same time） can improve the maturity degree of upper leaves. The treatment had increased the content of nicotine in top 1 - 3 （ position 20 to 22）, but decreased the con- tent of nicotine in top 4 ～ 6 （position 17 to 19）. The treatment significantly decreased the contents of nornicotine of upper leaves by 44.0% ～ 67.21%. The degree of decrease for nornicotine in top 4 -6 was higher than that of top 1 -3. The treatment significantly decreased the nicotine conversion rate of upper leaves too.
