摘 要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)建立了对腰果油中有效成分定性分析的方法。通过优化升温速率、载气流速、恒温时间等气相条件实现了各组分的分离,人工解析结合NIST库检索定性确认5种腰果酚、3种强心酚、3种甲基强心酚、4种十七碳烯基苯酚共15种成分,克服了超高效液相色谱-质谱(UPLC-MS)法不能定性定量确认腰果油(十五碳一烯基酚、十七碳一烯基酚)中具有同分异构体成分的不足。A novel method for detecting the active ingredients of cashew oil was developed by gas chro- matography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Firstly, in order to separate the components,the condi- tions of gas chromatography were systematically optimized, including heating rate, carrier gas flow rate, and constant temperature time. Then the components were characterized as 5 cardanols, 3 car- dols, 3 methyl eardols and 4 Seventeen carbon alkenyl phenols via NIST library and artificial resol- ving. Compared with the ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS) approach, the GC-MS method was proved to be effective determination for isomers in 15 compositions.
