摘  要:目的利用静息态功能磁共振,构建脑功能网络,分析轻型颅脑损伤患者脑网络的小世界性。方法搜集轻型颅脑损伤患者21例和健康对照16例,采集静息态功能磁共振数据,预处理后用AAL90和Dosenbach 160模板标记脑区,在0.01:0.01:0.50范围内,分别两两计算脑区间相关系数,构建N×N的矩阵,计算其小世界网络参数,并评估其小世界性。用双样本t检验判别两组受试者脑网络参数的差异。结果在给定阈值内,轻型颅脑损伤患者和正常受试者的脑网络均符合小世界性,轻型颅脑损伤患者的全局效率(P90〈0.05,P160〈0.05)、局部效率(P90〈0.01,P160〈0.05)和平均连接度(P90〈0.05,P160〈0.05)显著增高。结论轻型颅脑损伤患者的脑网络依然有小世界性,但脑网络的全局效率、局部效率和平均连接度均升高,可能为脑功能代偿所致。Objective To construct brain functional network by resting functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and to analyze the properties of small world network in patients with mild trauma brain injury (mTBI). Methods Twenty -one mTBI patients and 16 healthy controls were collected to test the resting fMRI. The collected data were pretreated and the brain areas were labeled by AAL90 and Dosenbach160. The correlation coefficients of the brain regions were calculated and N x N matrix was constructed. The small world and areas under curve of network parameter were calculated. Two sample t test was used to distinguish the differences of the the two groups. Results In given threshold, the brain network of patients with mTBI and normal subjects was in line with the characteristics of small world, and the global efficiency ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , local efficiency ( P 〈 0.05 ) and average connectivity degree ( P 〈 0. 05 ) of patients with mTBI were significantly higher. Conclusion The brain network of patients with mTBI still had a characteristic of small world, but the global efficiency, local efficiency and the average degree of the patients can be increased, which may be caused by cerebral function.
