摘　　要：目的探讨LVIS支架在颈内动脉颅内段宽颈动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用策略和技巧，评价其安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析我院2014年11月至2015年6月应用LVIS支架辅助栓塞颈内动脉颅内段宽颈动脉瘤25例临床资料，术后随访6～12个月。结果25例患者（26枚动脉瘤）使用25枚支架，均顺利到位，成功率为100％；5例患者出现支架打开不良；15例患者释放支架时使用“支架压缩”技术；21枚动脉瘤6～12个月数字减影血管造影（DSA）随访，19枚（90％）完全闭塞，1例瘤颈残留，1例动脉瘤复发，1例支架内狭窄。结论LVIS支架辅助栓塞颈内动脉颅内段动脉瘤安全有效，短期效果良好，长期效果及支架内狭窄等问题需长期随访观察。Objective To explore the strategies and techniques for the application of LVIS stent in interventional treatment of internal carotid artery intracranial wide - necked aneurysms, to evaluate its safety and effectiveness. Methods During the period from November 2014 to June 2015 a total of 25 patients with intracranial wide - necked aneurysms of internal carotid artery Harbouring 26 aneurysms received LVIS stent- assisted coil embolization. Clinical data and 6 to 12 months follow - up angiograms are presented. Results The LVIS stents were successfully delivered to the target aneurysm; success rate were 100% ; However, there were 5 cases in which the LVIS stents had suboptimal opening. 15 stents were released using ＂compression -stent technology＂; 21 aneurysms had 6 - 12 months angiographic follow - up, there was complete angiograms occlusion in 19 caes （90%） , residual neck remnants in 1 case and recurrence of the aneurysm in 1 case. There was stent stenosis in 1 case. Conclusion The LVIS stent is safe and effective for thetreatment of internal carotid artery wide - necked aneurysms, short - term effect is good, long - term effects and the problem of stent stenosis should be long - term follow - up.
