体重指数对多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体重指数对多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2013年1月～2015年1月226例多囊卵巢综合征经治疗后怀孕的患者作为研究对象，依据不同的体重指数分为A组（BMI≥24．0kg／m2，106例）和B组（BMI〈24．0kg／m2，120例），对两组患者的妊娠结局、围生期并发症以及新生儿结局进行对比分析。结果除去自然流产患者，继续妊娠的两组患者在妊娠期糖尿病、产后出血的发病比例上A组明显高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组的早期自然流产率、妊娠高血压疾病及子痫前期、胎膜早破、胎盘早剥的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论体重指数≥24．0kg／m。的多囊卵巢综合征孕妇发生妊娠期糖尿病、产后出血的风险增高，建议孕前关注多囊卵巢综合征孕妇体重指数的调整。Objective To investigate the effect of body mass index on pregnancy outcome in patients with polycystic ovary syn- drome. Methods Select 226 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients became pregnant after treatment in 2013 January to January 2015 as the research object, according to the different body mass index divided into group A （BMI≥24.0kg/m2 ,106 cases）and group B （BMI 〈 24.0kg/m2, 120 cases）, compare the incidence of pregnancy and perinatal complications and neonatal outcomes between the two groups. Results Except the patients with spontaneous abortion, the gestational diabetes mellitus and postpartum hemorrhage inci- dence rate in the patients that continuing pregnancy of group A was significantly higher than that in group B. in two groups of the differ- ence is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） ; The incidence of early spontaneous abortion, hypertensive disorders in pregnancy, preeclamp- sia, premature rupture of membrane and placental abruption has no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The pregnant women with polycystic ovary syndrome whose BMI ≥24.0kg/m2may have the increased risk of the gestational diabetes melli- tus and postpartum hemorrhage, it is suggested that should pay attention to the adjustment of maternal body mass index in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome before they conceive.
