摘 要:目的:比较采血操作时手套外表消毒与不戴手套直接手部消毒的效果,为提高手卫生依从率提供理论依据。方法选择进行采血操作的护士896人次,对不同病人连续进行采血,研究组采血前用速干手消毒液3M 以六步洗手法对手套外表进行消毒处理(544人次),监测其手套外表的菌落数。对照组未戴手套用速干手消毒液以六步洗手法进行手部消毒处理(352人次),监测其手的菌落数。连续操作前及采血操作1h 后对2组进行采样。结果研究组和对照组标本合格率比较差异无统计学意义(88.23%比91.48%、χ^2=2.39,P=0.12);且组内操作前后合格率比较差异均无统计学意义(92.65%比96.59%、χ^2=3.04,P=0.08;89.34%比92.05%、χ^2=0.903,P=0.34)。结论采血操作时手套外表消毒与不戴手套直接手部消毒后的效果相当,手套外表消毒能够提高医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective To compare the efficacies of glove surface disinfection and hand disinfection for blood sampling,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the compliance with hand hygiene.Methods A total of 896 times of blood sampling for different patients were selected in this study.Glove surface disinfection and hand disinfection were performed with 3M sanitizer using six-step hand-washing method in experimental group(544 person-trips)and control group (352 person-trips),respectively.The number of bacterial colonies was monitored before and 1 hour after blood sampling in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the qualified rate between experimental group and control group(88.23% vs 91.48%,χ^2 =2.39,P =0.12).In addition,the difference in qualified rate was not significant before and after blood sam-pling in both experimental group(92.65% vs 96.59%,χ^2 = 3.04,P =0.08)and control group (89.34% vs 92.05%,χ^2 =0.903,P =0.34).Conclusion The efficacy of glove surface disinfection is not significantly different from that of hand disinfection for blood sampling.However,glove surface disinfection can improve the compliance of medical staff with hand hygiene.
