摘  要:目的:比较阴干、晒干等干燥方式对透骨香不同药用部位挥发油中水杨酸甲酯含量的影响,研究透骨香药材适宜的干燥方式。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,再用气相色谱法对不同干燥方式的透骨香药材挥发油中水杨酸甲酯含量进行测定。结果:阴干的透骨香药材中水杨酸甲酯含量均高于晒干药材的含量,阴干叶(3.98μg/g)>晒干叶(3.84μg/g)、阴干茎(4.48μg/g)>晒干茎(3.97μg/g)、阴干根(4.85μg/g)>晒干根(4.21μg/g)。结论:该方法检测时间短,准确度高,重现性好,可为其产地加工提供参考。Objective: To study the effect of different drying etc. , on content of Methyl Salicylate in Gaultheria Yunnanensis, methods, such as shade drying, sun drying, and the result of the changes in its functions, to find a suitable drying method for Gauhheria yunnanensis. Method: The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, gas chromatography and then dried in different ways, then the content of methyl salicylate in gaultheria yunnanensis was determined. Results: The content of methyl salicylate obtained by airing method was higher than that of the sun-drying method. The leaves air-dried in shade (3.98μg/g) 〉 leaves air-dried in the sun (3. 84μg/g). The stems air-dried in shade (4. 48μg/g) 〉 stems air-dried in the sun (3.97μg/g). Roots air-dried in the shade (4. 85μg/g) 〉 roots air-dried in the sun (4. 21μg/g). Conclusion: The method has the advantages of short detection time, high accuracy and good reproducibility, which can provide reference for production processing.
