摘 要:以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)和顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)作为单体,通过熔融挤出制备长支链结构的聚丙烯。主要研究了单体配比对改性聚丙烯(PP)的熔体流动速率、熔体强度和力学性能的影响,测定了改性产物的凝胶含量、流变性能和相对接枝率,并通过红外光谱和示差扫描量热仪等对接枝产物进行表征。结果表明,双单体接枝改性PP的熔体强度有所提高,当HDDA和MAH的质量比为1∶0.50时,改性PP的熔体强度为44.4kPa·s,是纯PP的2倍左右,其力学性能和剪切流变性能有所改善。Polypropylene (PP) was modified by melt grafting of 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) and maleic hydride (MAH) in a twin screw extruder using dicumyl peroxide as initiator in order to yield a blend with long branching chain. The effects of mass ratio of HDDA to MAH on the melt flow rate, melt strength and mechanical properties of the modified PP were investigated; the gel content, rheological properties and relative graft degree of the modified PP were measured. The graft polymer was characterized using infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the melt strength of the modified PP increases and the maximum of 44.4 kPa · s is achieved when the mass ratio of HDDA to MAH is 1 : 0.50 almost double that of pure PP. The mechanical properties and shear rheological properties are improved.
