摘 要:由于对光固树脂增材制备熔模热解特性认识不足,导致树脂光固成型熔模产生软化、翘曲、气化现象,陶瓷浆料外壳开裂损伤。为了研究熔模成型树脂DM8505与ABSLike材料的热稳定性,开展熔模成型光固树脂的热解残余灰分实验与热失重实验。结果表明,DM8505树脂热解残余灰分含量为0.8813%-0.9108%,ABSLike树脂热解残余灰分含量为0.3312%-0.3379%;温升在214.2~413.8℃范围内,DM8505光敏树脂光固成型试件的质量损失不受升温速率变化影响,试件在10%/min速率升温时,其热质量损失最大;温升在287.7—449.2℃范围内,ABSLike光敏树脂光固成型试件热失重现象明显,试件质量由98.1%递减到16.6%,且25℃/min升温速率下的热失重量达到最大;叠层厚度对试件热失重特性的影响有限,ABSLike光固树脂更适用于基于树脂光固成型的快速熔模精铸铸造工艺。Due to lack of knowledge about the pyrolysis characteristics of applying photocurable resin for additive manufacturing to manufacture fusible pattern, ceramic slurry shell cracked by the soften, warping, gasification of fusible pattern. In order to examine the thermal stability of fusible pattern resin materials including DM8505 and ABSLike, resin fusible pattern experiments of residual pyrolysis ash and thermo- gravimetric analysis were carried out. Results show that the content of the pyrolysis ash of DM8505 and ABSLike is 0. 881 3% -0. 910 8% and 0. 331 2% -0. 337 9%, respectively. In the temperature range of 214.2 -413.8℃, the weight loss of the stereolithography specimen made from DM8505 dose not affected by the influence of the heating rates. When the heating rate is 10 ℃/min, the specimen has the largest amount of weight loss. In the temperature range of 287.72 - 449.2 ℃, the weight loss of the stereolithography specimen made from ABSLike is obvious with the specimen weight decreasing from 98.1% to 16. 6%, and the weight loss reaches a maximum at the heating rate of 25 ℃/min. The layer thickness has limited influence in the thermo-gravimetric weight loss of the specimen, and ABSLike is more suitable for the process for investment casting based on stereo lithography apparatus rapid prototyping.
