摘 要:首先优化合成手段合成了不同位点上具有不同取代基的萘酐衍生物(DNA和DPN),然后用绿色溶剂氢氧化锂(LiOH)/尿素/水溶解纤维素,并通过工艺简单的化学交联水凝胶制备方法,首次制备了纤维素/DNA复合水凝胶(DNACH)和纤维素/DPN复合水凝胶(DPNCH),并通过紫外分光光度计测定纤维素荧光紫外吸收光谱,利用荧光光谱仪测定其荧光发射光谱,研究了随着时间变化,荧光纤维素水凝胶的发射光谱的变化。结果表明,杂化荧光水凝胶与荧光小分子在紫外谱图上有较大的波长位移变化,证明了新的体系的生成。DNACH、DPNCH荧光杂化水凝胶的最大荧光发射对应的波长分别为540、570nm,所对应的掺杂浓度均为2×10^(-4) mol/L。在同一掺杂浓度下,DPNCH具有最大荧光发射强度,这与DPN小分子的推电子基团和大的共轭结构有关,因此DPN小分子在制备具有高荧光的纤维素杂化材料时是很好的备选材料。This work firstly optimized the technique process of synthesizing 1,8-naphthalic anhydride derivatives (DNA and DPN ) with different substituents on different sites. Then green solvent system of hydroxide/urea/water was used to dissolve cellulose, and a series of cellulose/1,8-naphthalic anhydride derivatives hydrogels (DNACH and DPNCH) were prepared with simple covalently cross-linked hydrogel preparing method for the first time. UV-vis adsorption spectra and fluorescent emission spectra of the fluorescent hydrogels were tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrometer in order to investigate the dependence of fluorescent emission spectra on time. The results show that Fluorescent hybrid hydrogel has an obvious displacement compared with 1,8-naphthalic anhydride derivatives, which can prove the generation of new systems. The max emission wavelengths of DNACH and DPNCH are 540, 570 nm, respectively, and their corresponding concentration of fluorescent hybrid hydrogel is 2× 10^-4 mol/L. Besides, DPNCH has the strongest fluorescence intensity in the same concentration in horizontal analysis, which is related to donating electron group and large conjugation structure in DPN. Therefore, DPN is a great material for preparing hyperfluorescence cellulose hybrid materials.
