摘  要:讨论了超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)树脂的溶胀对树脂粒径、溶解时的扭矩、结晶度的影响,以及UHMWPE树脂含量、粒径分布、溶胀时间等因素对溶胀比的影响,以及溶胀对所制备的锂电池隔膜拉伸强度、透气度、孔隙率等性能的影响。结果表明,在相同时间下,树脂含量的提高不利于树脂的充分溶胀;适当的粒径范围能使树脂具有良好的溶胀性能;树脂经过溶胀预处理工艺后,使挤出机制备的隔膜拉伸强度、透气度、结晶度等性能提高。In this paper, the effect of the swelling of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) resin on particle size, torque of solution and crystallinity of UHMWPE, and UHMWPE content, particle size distribution and swelling time on the swelling ratio of UHMWPE, were studied. And the swelling of UHMWPE was discussed on its effect on the tensile strength, air permeability, porosity, etc of the UHMWPE lithium battery separator. The results show that the increasing solution concentration is not benefit to adequate swelling of UHMWPE resin at the same swelling time. A proper particle size distribution can make the swelling properties of resin better. After dealing the resin with swelling, the separator by extrusion has improved properties including tensile strength, air permeability and crystallinity.
