摘　　要：通过对一些旧城区道路照明设施的质量状况、规划建设、运营安全、节能减排及运营管理等方面进行调研分析,找出城市道路照明设施能耗问题症结,提出城市基础设施及管理模式解决对策。This paper investigates and analyzes quality condition, planning ＆ construction, operation safety, energy conservation ＆ emission reduction and operation management of road lighting facilities in some old cities, finds out consumption problems of urban and puts forward the solutions and management model. the crux of energy road lighting facilities, to urban infrastructure
