摘 要:采用脉冲电沉积方法在304不锈钢表面制备出具有(111)或(200)择优取向的纳米晶镍。采用XRD对纳米晶镍的织构进行表征,并利用电化学工作站测试纳米晶镍的动电位极化曲线和交流阻抗谱。结果表明:织构对纳米晶镍的耐蚀性有明显的影响,具有(111)择优取向的纳米晶镍的耐蚀性最好;随着TC(111)的增大,纳米晶镍的耐蚀性增强。Nano-crystalline nickel with (111) or (200) preferred orientation was prepared on 304 stainless steel surface by pulse electrodeposition. The texture of nano-crystalline nickel was characterized by XRD, and the potentiodynamic polarization curve as well as the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of nano-crystalline nickel was also measured by electrochemical workstation. Results showed that texture has obvious influence on the corrosion resistance of nano-crystalline nickel, the nano-crystalline nickel with (111) preferred orientation has the best corrosion resistance. As the TC(111) value increased, the corrosion resistance of nano-crystalline nickel was improved.
