摘  要:采用浸锌法在镁合金表面化学镀镍,并研究了硫酸镍、次磷酸钠、温度对化学镀镍层的影响。采用金相显微镜、XRD衍射仪及电化学测试对最优条件下得到的化学镀镍层进行性能表征。结果表明:化学镀镍层呈现胞状结构,表面光滑,结构均匀致密;化学镀镍层的耐蚀性明显提高,其自腐蚀电流密度相比镁合金基体的自腐蚀电流密度降低了两个数量级。Electroless nickel plating on the surface of magnesium alloy was carried out by using zinc dipping method, and the influences of nickel sulfate, sodium hypophosphite and temperature on electroless nickel coating were investigated. The performance of electroless nickel coating prepared under optimal conditions was characterized by metallographic microscope, XRD diffractometer and through electrochemical test. Results showed that electroless nickel coating featuring cellular structure, the surface was smooth and the structure was uniform and compact. And furthermore, the corrosion resistance of electroless nickel coating was significantly improved, the self-corrosion current density of electroless nickel coating was decreased by two orders of magnitude than that of magnesium alloy substrate.
