摘 要:提出了不锈钢表面制备彩色图案的连续着色法。考察了多种颜色连续着色与单一颜色着色的着色电位差异,以及着色面积、底色、表面遮盖物对多种颜色连续着色的影响。在此基础上,结合丝网印刷技术,在不锈钢表面得到由不同颜色构成的彩色图案。结果表明:多种颜色连续着色的电位变化规律与单一颜色着色的不同;底色电位差越小,继续着色得到的颜色种类越多;着色面积和表面遮盖物均不影响多种颜色连续着色的电位变化规律,但覆盖遮盖物后着色时间略微延长。多种颜色连续着色具有工艺简单、颜色可控、彩色图案精美、易工业化等优点。Continuous coloring method for preparing colorful patterns on the surface of stainless steel was proposed. The coloring potential difference between continuous coloring of multiple colors and coloring of mono color was explored, and the influences of coloring area, background and surface coverings on the continuous coloring of multiple colors were also investigated. Colorful pattern composed of different colors was prepared on the surface of stainless steel on this basis and combining with screen printing technology. Results showed that the coloring potential law of continuous coloring of multiple colors is different from that of coloring of mono color. The smaller the potential difference of background is, the more variety of colors can be obtained when continuous coloring. The results also indicated that the coloring area and surface coverings have no influence on the variation potential law of coloring of multiple colors, while the coloring time will be slightly extended if coverings were formed on the surface of stainless steel. Continuous coloring of multiple colors has the advantages of simple process, colors easy to control, colorful patterns exquisite and easy to realize industrialization.
