摘  要:体育中介以弥补体育市场信息不对称,降低体育交易成本,提高体育商品交易效率的使命进入体育市场,但由于体育中介本身的实施机制以及与体育中介交易相关的各项制度不完善,导致我国体育中介市场在高速发展的背后,隐藏着导致低交易效率,高交易成本的诸多因素。本文以道德风险、逆向选择和寻租行为、中介信用产权、体育中介监管相关理论及研究成果对每一种影响因素分析探究,清晰明了体育中介经济行为及其对体育产业的影响;并采用有效的监督管理措施,监督体育中介的经济行为,降低交易成本,促进体育产业的良性发展。That Sports Agency appears on the sports market is to cover sports information asymmetry, reduce sports transaction costs and improve the efficiency of sports commodities trading mission, but as the sports agent's own implementation mechanisms, as well as various imperfect systems associated with the sports agency transactions, led to low efficiency, high transaction costs because of many other factors and the hidden causes at the rapid development of Chinese sports intermediary market. Using the moral risk, reverse select, found rent behavior, intermediary credit property, sports intermediary regulatory of "public interests concept" and "capture concept", and sports intermediary regulatory of "North paradox" related theory and the research results analysis and research each a effects factors caused them, so that we can understand clearly sports intermediary economic behavior and influences of sports industry ; Meanwhile, to reduce trading cost, promote the healthy development of sports industry, we try our best to establish the incentive constraint mechanism of cooperation and share risk concept, and use effective of supervision management measures to supervise sports intermediary of marketing activities.
