成都体育学院“体教结合”培养模式发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对成都体育学院"体教结合"培养模式运行现状研究,从运行机制、人才培养、文化教育、教练员队伍等现状进行了分析;认为我校"体教结合"模式存在着后备人才不足、学训矛盾依然突出、学籍问题依然严峻等问题;完善"体教结合"培养模式,要建立畅通的人才输送渠道,要打造团结协作的训练团队,要科学处理学、训之间的矛盾,要深化教育系统与体育系统的结合,坚持科学发展,不断探索。The author studied the ＇combination of sports ＆ education＇ cultivation mode of Chengdu Sport University, analysis the mode from the angle of operation mechanism, personnel training, Cultural quality education, the coaches＇ team and so on. The authors think that the reserve talented person insufficiency, the contradictions between learning, student status prominent problem serious problems objective existence; To improvement combination of sports ＆ education＇ cultivation mode, establish a clear talent pipeline, make the training team unity and cooperation, handle contradictions between learning academy of science, deepen education system with the combination of sports system are necessary. And should insist on scientific development, keep exploring.
