摘　　要：分析了660 MW汽轮机主汽阀壳铸件结构特点、技术条件、铸件制造过程中可能存在的质量问题,详细介绍了660 MW汽轮机主汽阀壳的铸造工艺设计及质量控制要点。The structure characteristics, the technical specification and the possible quality problem appeared during the production process of main stop valve casing casting for 660 MW steam turbine have been analyzed. Meanwhile, the casting process design and the quality eontrol points of main stop valve casing for 660 MW steam turbine have been described in details.
