摘　　要：文章综合考虑了流程结构和层次结构,提出了数字资源长期保存的标准体系框架,然后从基础数据、功能、管理、互操作、框架与系统等方面,阐述了所涉及的具体标准和相关进展。最后根据标准制定过程中存在的一些问题,提出了几点建议和措施。Considering the process structure and hierarchical structure,this paper puts forward standards system framework of digital resource long-term preservation.Then,on the basis of basic data,function,management,interoperability,framework and system,the paper expounds the specific standards and related progress.Finally,the paper proposes some suggestions and measures according to the problems in the development of the standards.
