信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率影响因素分析及评价体系构建

摘　　要：[目的/意义]为网络平台提高运行效率及制定发展战略提供参考。[方法/过程]文章在界定信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率评价的内涵的基础上,从信息环境、信息资源、信息人、信息技术、网络平台信息生态健康度5个方面对信息生态视角下网络平台运行效率的影响因素进行分析。[结果/结论]基于影响因素分析,从信息环境生态化、信息技术生态化、信息资源生态化、信息人生态化、网络平台信息生态健康度5个维度构建评价指标体系,并提出每一个末端指标的数据来源及指标指向;文章相关实证研究有待推进。[Purpose/significance] This paper provides a reference to improve operating efficiency and development strategies for the network platform.[Method/process] On the basis of defining the evaluation of network platform operating efficiency under the perspective of information ecology,the paper analyzes impact factors of network platform operating efficiency from 5 aspects,including information environment,information resource,information literate,information technology and the health of information ecology.[Result/conclusion] Based on the analysis of impact factors,the paper constructs evaluation index system from 5 dimensions,such as ecological information environment,ecological information technology,ecological information resource,ecological information literate,and the health of information ecosystem.The paper also proposes the data source and index point of each terminal index,and the related empirical study of the paper needs to be advanced.
