摘　　要：针对物流行业平台建设技术支撑薄弱、主体参与意识不足、信息共享不畅、协同创新效果不佳等问题,将Web 3.0理念和技术引入物流信息平台社区建设。探讨Web 3.0和物流信息平台的理论耦合关系,提出基于Web 3.0的物流信息平台社区总体框架,深入分析其网络层次以及社区信息共享生态链,制订保障社区信息有效运营的信任、合作与竞争、效益、联动协调机制,构建基于Web 3.0的物流信息平台社区模型,促进信息创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享,推进现代物流业转型升级,引领行业"新常态"。Due to the disadvantages of logistics platform construction,including weak technical support,lack of active parting consciousness,blocked information sharing and ineffective cooperative creation,this paper introduces the idea and technology of Web 3.0 into community construction of logistics information platform.Then,the paper discusses the theory coupling relationship between Web 3.0 and logistics information platform,proposes the general frame of logistics information platform based on Web 3.0,analyzes the network level and community information sharing,establishes the coordinate mechanism for effective operation with faith,collaboration and competition,benefit and linkage of effective operation,and constructs the model of logistics information platform community,which in order to promote the innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing of information as well as the transformation and updating of modern logistics industry for the ＂new normal＂of industry.
