摘　　要：猴头菌作为一种药食兼用菌,在治疗消化道疾病、神经功能障碍、糖尿病、肿瘤等方面引起了人们的广泛关注,其抗氧化、抗衰老、免疫调节作用也很明显。猴头菇食药用价值为猴头菇产品的研发开通了一条新的道路,可以将猴头菇发展成一条产业链。例如:生产各种猴头菇泡腾片,猴头菇冲剂,猴头菇食品等。因此,猴头菇产品的开发前景是非常乐观的。Hericium bacteria is a kind of medicine combination food bacteria, in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, neurological disorders, diabetes, cancer and other attracted wide attention, and its anti-oxidation, anti-aging, immune regulation is obvious.
