摘 要:基于中国实践话语创新的文化软实力需要我们沿着"感性活动"的理论向度展开深层次的哲学追问,以澄清文化软实力的本质内涵与价值追求,奠定文化软实力提升的理论前提。当前是一个经济与文化高度交融的时代,文化因子在经济活动中的作用日益凸显,经济价值在文化活动中的追求也不断显现。经济与文化双向互动、转换的加深蕴含着文化软实力发生及提升的价值诉求与现实境遇。因此,在经济与文化的互动中建构文化市场,发展文化生产力,打造"文化航母"成为提升文化软实力的重要路径。The cultural soft power's occurrence depends on the people's practice in the final analysis, that is, to achieve cultural tension in the "object activities", which value is to enhance the subjectivity of the people as a pursuit. At present, it is an era of high integration of economy and culture, on the one hand, the role of cultural factors in economic activities has become increasingly prominent; on the other hand, the pursuit of economic value in cultural activities is constantly emerging,and the increasing with two way interaction、transformation of economy and culture contains the value appeal and the real situation of the cultural soft power's occurrence and enhancement. Therefore, the constructions of the cultural market, the development of cultural productivity, creating a "cultural carrier" are becoming the important paths for enhancing the cultural soft power in the interaction of economy and culture.
