摘　　要：依托中国知网、维普等检索平台,收集近十年来有关农民荒问题的相关文献,梳理和分析农民荒内涵、状态、评价、原因、对策等。认为通过完善相关政策配套衔接的力度,从技术、资金、教育培训等方面提升农业生产效率,通过产权关系调整实现农业生产的集约化、规模化和产业化能够有效解决这一问题。The, research relied on CNKI ,VIP databases and other retrieval platforms. We collected the re- lated literatures of peasant shortage in recent ten years. Through analyzing the text and contents , we fin- ishing these information. This study focused on the connotation, status, evaluation, reason and countermeasure, which has reference meaning to deep studies. The research shows that through perfecting the related supporting poticie,; coordinating, we can improve the efficiency of agriculture on technology, founds and education. To achieve the farming industry intensification, large--scale and industrilization, the property relation must be adjusted. In the meantime, we mirrored the specific methods by means of horizontal comparison from the advanced agriculture country. We hope the research can offer reference value to im prove national agricultural productivity, protect national foods security and social stability.
