摘  要:以某热电联产项目为例,从建设规模、生产工艺、用水组成、用水指标、节水措施等方面,对该类项目的取用水合理性涉及的主要内容进行分析,从而较为系统地介绍了热电联产行业建设项目水资源论证中取用水合理性的评价原则及方法.经分析,该项目年平均总热效率为63.52%,热电比为32.04%.采用天然气做燃料,系统不排放CO2和SO2,NOX排放量仅为常规燃煤电厂的10%,项目工艺技术合理.单位发电取水量1.50 m3/(MW·h),单位装机容量取水量0.42 m3/(s·GW),锅炉蒸汽单位产品用水量1.12 m3/t,全厂复用水率97.4%,项目取用水合理.Taking one cogeneration project as an example, this study made a detailed analysis on water withdrawal rationality from construction scale, production technology, water composition, water use index, water saving measures and so on to introduce evaluation principles and methods of cogeneration projects. The study revealed that the annual average thermal efficiency is 63.52%, the ratio of heat to electricity is 32.04%. Because of using natural gas as fuel,the system not emissions of CO2 and SO2, NOXemissions are only 10% of the conventional coal-fired power plants,project technology is sound. The unit power withdrawals is 1.50 m3/(MW·h), unit installed capacity withdrawals is0.42 m3/(s·GW), steam boiler water consumption per unit product is 1.12 m3/t, the coordination compound water use ratio is 97.4%, water withdrawal is reasonable.
