一清胶囊联合氯柳硼酊治疗寻常痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察一清胶囊联合氯柳硼酊治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法 180例寻常痤疮病人随机分为3组,联合治疗组口服一清胶囊,1 g/次,3次/d,同时外用氯柳硼酊,2次/d;一清胶囊组口服一清胶囊,1 g/次,3次/d;氯柳硼酊组,外用氯柳硼酊,2次/d。结果联合治疗组有效率88.33%;一清胶囊组有效率71.67%;氯柳硼酊组有效率63.33%。结论一清胶囊联合氯柳硼酊治疗寻常性痤疮安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqing capsule combined with Liiliupeng tincture in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 180 patients with acne vulgaris were randomized into three groups： combination treatment group received oral Yiqing capsules （1 g, three times/d） with Liiliupeng tincture （twice/d） ; Yiqing capsules group were treated with Yiqing capsules （1 g, three times/d）; Liiliupeng tincture group were treated with Liiliupeng tincture （twice/d）. Results The effective rates of combinaticn treatment group, Yiqing capsules group and Liiliupeng tincture group were 88. 33%, 71.67% and f;3.33%, respectively. Conclusion Yiqing capsule combined with liiliupeng tincture in the treatment of aene vulgaris patients is safe and effective.
