摘　　要：从分析在经济新常态下科技创新的重要性出发,结合黑龙江省林区发展状况,探讨林业科研院所在经济转型、结构调整中的作用,并建设性地提出科研院所的管理措施,为科技管理工作提供参考。Starting from introducing the importance of science and technology innovation in the economy under the new normal, combining with forestry development in Heilongjiang Province, the roles of forestry research institute where economic restructuring and structural adjustment were discussed. Moreover, the management measures of research institutes in a constructive manner were put forward. The rest, Its provided a reference for the management work of science and technology.
