摘 要:地铁施工过程是一个复杂的过程,涉及进度、成本、质量、安全等多维度信息,传统管理模式下难以实现多维度信息的准确高效传递与集成管理。本文针对地铁施工过程在传统管理控制模式下遇到的挑战,提出了一种基于BIM的地铁施工过程集成管理解决思路。首先,在地铁3D-BIM模型的基础上,讨论如何将进度、成本、质量、安全等工程维度与3D模型进行关联生成集成控制模型;然后,在此基础上构建出地铁施工过程集成管理系统;最后,以武汉地铁2号线中南路站项目为案例,详细介绍了施工过程中集成管理系统的构建过程和各功能模块的应用,通过系统的实施效果反映出集成管理的效果,进而充分体现了基于BIM的地铁施工过程集成管理的应用价值和发展前景。Metro construction process is a complicated process, involving multi-dimensional information likeschedule, cost, quality and safety. In the traditional management mode, multi-dimensional information is hard to achieve accurately and efficiently to transfer and integrat manage. Aiming at the challenge of Metro construction in traditional management methods, this paper proposes a solution of BIM-based integrated management for Metro construction process. First of all, based on 3D BIM model of metro, we discuss how to integrate different information about schedule,cost,quality or safety in the same 3D model; and then how to develop the integrated management system based on the integrated model ; Finally, taking ZhongNan Station in Wuhan Metro Line 2 as an example, this paper introduces details of hardware configuration and function modules of the integrated system, shows the usage and implementation effect of this system, which deeply reflects wide application value and development prospect of BIM-based integrated management for metro construction process.
