摘 要:目的 探讨远程医疗会诊系统在基层尘肺病筛查的工作效率和准确度,为广大职业病防治基层单位的推广使用累积经验。方法 以使用远程医疗会诊系统的工作站为实验组,未使用者为对照组,于2014年9月-2015年12月同时进行2000例以上尘肺病筛查,对比分析筛查报告平均耗时、优片率、差废片率及筛查符合率的差异。结果实验组筛查报告平均耗时8.0 h,优片率46.8%,差废片率3.5%,筛查符合率99.1%;对照组平均耗时25.9 h,优片率44.7%,差废片率5.1%,筛查符合率98.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 远程医疗会诊系统在筛查报告耗时、影像质量、筛查符合率三方面均优于未使用该系统的传统工作站,在工作效率和准确度方面均有优势,值得在职业病防治基层单位推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficiency and accuracy of remote medical consultation system for pneumoconiosis screening work in grass-root units and to accumulate experience for the promotion of prevention and treatment of occupational disease in grass-root units.Methods The workstation using the remote medical consultation system was set as the experimental group and the workstation not using the syetem was set as the control group.From September 2014 to December 2015,both groups screened over 2000 cases of pneumoconiosis patients at the same time.The difference of average time-consuming of screening report,excellent film rate,poor or waste film rate and the coincidence rate of screening were analyzed.Results In experimental group,average time-consuming was 8.0 h,excellent film rate was46.8%,poor or waste film rate was 3.5%,screening coincidence rate was 99.1%.In control group, the average time-consuming was 25.9 h,excellent film rate was 44.7%,poor or waste film rate was 5.1%,screening coincidence rate was98.0%.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The remote medical consultation system is better than the traditional workstation without this system in the aspects of time-consuming of screening report,image quality and screening coincidence rate.It has advantage on efficiency and accuracy.It is worthy of popularization and application in prevention and treatment of occupational disease in grass-root units.
