围绕战斗力标准加速我军健康管理体系转变的思考

摘　　要：为适应军事战略发展和作战方式对部队战斗力的要求,军队健康管理的内容在不断演化和拓展,军队健康管理的重点也在向关注整体强健、提高部队战斗力转变。笔者在分析我军健康管理体系现状的基础上,借鉴外军在健康管理领域的经验做法,从健全体制、联合保障、加强宣传、实施评估反馈、促进资源共享五个方面提出我军健康管理体系发展设想。In order to copy the development of military strategy and the requirements for improving fighting capacity due to the modes of operations,the content of military health management has been evolving and expanding,and its focus is also changing to ＂Total Force Fitness＂ and uplift fighting capacity. Through analTzing the current situation of our army＇s health management system,and based on the health management experience of foreign armed forces in practice this paper puts forward five suggestions on the development of our army＇s health management system as follows：to strengthen the strategy design,to pay close attention to military-civilian integration health service system,to attach the importance of propaganda work ,to implement feedback evaluation, and to promote resource-sharing.
