摘　　要：目的 探讨军人自杀的主要风险因素,编制适合我国军人的自杀风险评估量表。方法 在文献分析的基础上,结合国外已有的自杀风险评估量表,通过专家评定等方法,编制了军人自杀风险评估量表,然后对其进行探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析。结果 探索性因素分析抽取了十个因素,分别为“自杀企图”“生活无助感”“适应不良”“孤独自卑”“角色倦怠”“抑郁情绪”“人际关系紧张”“睡眠障碍”“信任感缺失”“躯体化”;验证性因素分析表明χ~2/df=3.94,NFI=0.96,TLI=0.95,CFI=0.97,RMSEA=0.08;信度分析表明量表的α系数为0.95。结论 问卷结构明晰,具有较好的内部一致性信度,可以作为军人自杀风险评估的有效测量工具,可用于进一步研究。Objective To explore the key risk factors of armymen suicide and to develop the scale on armymen suicide risk assessment. Methods Combined with the dimension of armymen suicide risk by abroad relevant developed questionnaires and previous literatures,through experts＂ assessment,anthors developed the scale of armymen suicide risk assessment. Then the data of the scale were processed by Exploratory Factor Analysis （EFA） and Confirmatory Factor Analysis （CFA）. Results EFA ＂revealed that the scale included ten dimensions： suicidal attempt, helpless of life, maladjustment, loneliness and inferiority, role burnout, depression, interpersonal strain,sleep disorders,trust deficiency,somatization,etc. CFA revealed that x2/df=3.94,NFI=0.96,TLI=O.95,CFI= 0.97,RMSEA=0.O8;reliability analysis revealed that the full scale＇s Cronbach ct=0.95. Conclusion The questionnaire developed by authors has clear structure and acceptable internal consistency,and can be used in future research on armymen suicide risk assessment and as effective measurement tools for this assessment.
