摘 要:高泥赤铜矿的浮选一直是难选氧化铜矿浮选中的难题。针对该类型的氧化铜矿,设计开发异步强化浮选新技术:首先采用传统硫化浮选方法优先快速浮选易浮氧化铜矿物,然后以强氧化剂对难选赤铜矿进行强氧化-硫化浮选,从而极大的提高铜的回收率。针对含泥量大的特点,通过高效抑制剂有效抑制矿泥上浮,并在闭路流程中通过单独处理部分中矿,有效降低了矿泥对精矿的不良影响,在新疆某氧化铜矿原矿品位为0.84%的条件下,闭路试验获得铜精矿品位18.14%,回收率80.86%的良好浮选指标,为高泥难选赤铜矿型氧化铜矿的高效浮选提供了新的方法。The flotation of cuprites with high mud is always a difficulty in refractory copper oxide ore. Aiming at this kind of copper oxide ore, a new asynchronous intensive flotation technology was developed. Firstly, the copper oxide ore, which was easy for flotation, was selected quickly by con- ventional sulfide flotation. Then, sulfide flotation with strong oxidant for refractory cuprites was carried out to greatly improve the recovery rate of copper. According to the high mud, the flotation of mud was effectively suppressed by adding efficient depressant. And the bad influence of mud on the concentrate was effectively reduced through the individu- al processing on part of middling in closed-circuit flotation. Under the 0.84% of ore grade in a copper oxide ore of Xin- jiang province, the flotation indexes with 18.14% of copper concentrate grade and 80.86% of recovery rate were obtained by closed-circuit test. This technology provided a new ap- proach for the efficient flotation of refractory copper oxide ore with high mud.
