摘  要:高血压是一种常见心血管疾病,可引起心、脑和肾等重要靶器官损伤,严重可导致患者致残致死。目前国内外对高血压的预防和治疗研究较多,尤其是积极研发新的不良反应小的降压药物具有重要临床意义。n-3多不饱和脂肪酸多存在于海洋生物中,其主要成分为二十二碳六烯酸和二十碳五烯酸,均为人体必需脂肪酸。近年来研究结果表明n-3多不饱和脂肪酸对降低血压有一定的作用,但其机制尚不完全清楚,故对n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的降压作用和机制作一综述。Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease, which can cause the damage to heart, brain, kidney and other important target organs, and even lead to disability or death in patient. More and more studies about the prevention and control of hypertension have been done recently at home and abroad, especially in developing new antihypertensive drugs with few side effects. N-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids are mainly found in marine life and its main components including doeosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid are essential fatty acids for human body. In recent years, studies have indicated that n-S polyunsaturated fatty acids have a certain effect on anti hypertension, but its mechanism is not fully understood. This artiele reviews the anti-hypertensive effects of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids and their mechanisms.
