摘  要:用不同浓度的秋水仙素溶液对矮牵牛种子进行浸渍处理。结果表明,以0.05%秋水仙素溶液浸渍处理诱变效果最好,变异株率及四倍体诱变率最高,分别达到29%,4.5%。经染色体鉴定确定的四倍体植株较二倍体对照植株生长缓慢、生育期延长、开花期延后,但生长势强、茎秆变粗、叶片变厚变大,花器官增大,叶片气孔变大,气孔密度减少,叶色深绿,叶绿素含量高于二倍体植株。Different concentrations of colchicine solution were used to soaking the seeds for polyploidy induction in Petunia hybrida Vilm.. The results showed that the best effect of mutation was obtained with 0.05% colchicine solution. The frequencies of mutation and tetraploid were 29% and 4.5%, respectively. Compared with the normal diploid plants, the tetraploid plants showed slower growth rate,prolonged growth period and delayed flowering time. However, the tetraploid plants showed stronger growth potential, wider diameter of stem, and the increase of the thickness of leaves, the size of flower organs, and the size of stomata, and the stomata density decreased. The color of leaves was darker and the chlorophyll content was higher than the normal diploid plants.
