摘 要:长胚芽鞘小麦的耐深播特性能够减轻土壤表层杂物对胚芽组织的伤害,促进小麦在土壤墒情较差的旱地农田正常出苗,保障小麦适期播种,为后期高产打下基础。胚芽鞘长度也成为小麦抗旱性鉴定的一种快速而有效的手段。随着分子生物技术在作物育种上的应用,长胚芽鞘小麦种质相关研究也取得了重要进展。从生理生态、遗传基础、育种应用等方面对长胚芽鞘小麦的研究进展进行了简要概述,以期为长胚芽鞘小麦的进一步深化研究和利用提供参考。Deep- sowing characteristic of long coleoptile wheat could reduce the damage caused by debris in topsoil, it also promoted wheat seedling emerging in dry farmlands which had poor soil moisture. This ensured wheat seed sowing optimum period and laid a foundation for high yield in later period. The coleoptile length was a quick and effective means for wheat evalution of drought resistance. Research in long coleoptile wheat germplasm made important progress following molecular biological techniques applied in crop breeding. Based on physiological ecology, genetic basis and breeding applications three aspects, the advances on researches of long coleoptile wheat were reviewed in this paper, which will provide references for the further study and utilization.
