异质性人力资本对创业活动的影响研究——基于动态空间面板模型的分析

摘　　要：文章基于2002-2013年我国30个省市的面板数据,采用动态空间计量模型对异质性人力资本与创业活动间的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现:我国省域间的创业活动具有显著的空间自相关性,创业活动在省域之间呈现出明显的空间溢出效应;基础人力资本对私营企业创业促进作用不显著,但对个体工商户创业的促进作用非常明显;中级人力资本对私营企业和个体工商户创业的促进作用都非常明显;高级人力资本对私营企业创业促进作用不显著,其对个体工商户创业存在抑制作用。据此,文章提出建议:重视高级人力资本拥有者创业意愿的培育,出台更加合理的配套制度;加大中级人力资本所有者创业知识培训力度;不断加强区域间创业活动的合作,促进区域创业活动协调发展。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2002 to 2013, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the relationship between the heterogeneous human capital and entrepreneurial activity by using dynamic spatial econometric model. The study show that the entrepreneurial activity in China has a significant spatial autocorrelation, and entrepreneurial activity has a significant spatial spillover effect. The promotion effect of basic type human capital on private enterprises entrepreneurial activity is not significant, but the effect on individual merchant entrepreneurial activity is significant. Intermediate human capital has a strong role in promoting entrepreneurial activity. The promotion effect of senior human capital on private enterprises entrepreneurial activity is not significant, and senior human capital has a significant negative effect on the promotion of individual merchant entrepreneurial activity. This article suggests： pay attention to the cultivation of senior human capital owners＇ entrepreneurial intentlon;increase the intensity of intermediate human capital owners＇ entrepreneurial knowledge training; strengthen inter regional entrepreneurial cooperation.
