摘　　要：专利的数量和专利产业化程度是衡量一个国家自主创新能力的重要标志。在我国实施创新驱动战略、建设创新型国家的背景下,专利产业化己经成为一个突出而重要的问题。专利产业化过程中,诸要素在市场经济环境下相互作用形成专利产业化机制,机制是促进专利生产、运用及产业化的助推器。因此,研究专利产业化过程中科技人员利益保障机制,对于充分发挥产业化机制的作用、优化专利产业化机制、提高专利产业化能力、促进专利产业化工作有着非常重要的意义。文章通过回顾国内外文献综述,分析我国专利产业化过程中科技人员利益保障机制的发展现状,找出发展中存在的问题,提出构建良好的专利产业化过程中科技人员利益保障机制,促进二者的融合。研究结果为专利产业化过程中科技人员利益保障机制研究提供了借鉴与参考。The number of patents and patent industrialization level are important signs of weighing a national independent innova- tion ability. The implementation of innovation driven strategy and establishment for an innovation oriented country with the background in our country, patent industrialization has become a prominent and important problem. Patent industrialization process, the various elem- ents of the interaction in the circumstances of market economy to form patent industrialization mechanism, is to promote the production, use and booster patent industrialization. Therefore, the research of patent in the process of industrialization of scientific and technolo- gical personnel benefit safeguard mechanism, to give full play to the industrialization mechanism, and promote the industrialization of patents work, enjoys a very important significance. Based on domestic and foreign literature review and analysis of the current development process of patent industrialization in our country, the existing problems about science and technology personnel benefit safeguard mechanism is explored. The construction of patent industrialization is in process with a good science and technology personnel benefit safeguard mechanism, promoted the integration of the benefit safeguard and patent industrialization.
